Grabs without rotation ready to specially manipulate up to four tunnel lining segments at the time, indispensable for big execution works, such as metro lines and public work in general. Opcionally, the tongs for lifting tunnel concrete segments can be commanded through the own remote control of the crane. We take care of our client's suggestions and make tailor-made projects.
Our tong also has frequency variators, PLC and a communications system that allows to our after sales department (via GSM) to adjust remotely parameters in minor incidents. Motorman incorporates in all concrete tunnel lining segments grabs a security system designed with load detection sensors to avoid the arms opening . They also have light signs to indicate the status of the load.
Optional features: Weighing system, inclinometer, closure to zero within arms, computer equipments transmission via RS232, WIFI or Profibus, display load's transmission to a crane, PC...
